We comply with child data privacy laws (including COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal data directly from unsupervised minors.

First Session Free Policy: Your first introductory session is complimentary. No payment information is required to book this initial consultation.

Subsequent Paid Sessions: Any sessions scheduled after the initial free consultation are subject to our standard rates. Payment must be completed [Insert preference: e.g., at the time of booking / within 24 hours of scheduling] to secure the appointment.

Third-Party Data Processing: Booking services are processed securely via Calendly. Any personal data provided (names, emails, phone numbers) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Calendly's Privacy Notice.

Educational Limitation of Liability: Tutoring, coaching, or consultation sessions are designed for educational support. While we strive to provide excellent instruction, we do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, school admissions, or academic outcomes.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the start time. Late cancellations or missed paid sessions are non-refundable. If the free introductory session is missed without notice, rescheduling is at our discretion.
